  • Our Year-Round Property Maintenance Plan includes:

    - 31 weeks of lawn mowing

    - One spring cleanup

    - One fall cleanup

    - Two shrub trimming services during the season

    The total annual cost is broken down into monthly payments across 12 months. This plan requires a one-year contract.

    Mulch installation and snow removal are one-time services billed separately and are not included in the monthly pricing:

    Mulch installation: $150 per yard + tax

    Snow removal: Pricing varies based on the property and service needs

  • Terms and Conditions

    By approving this quote, you agree to the following terms:

    - This is a one-year property maintenance contract. Services include mowing during the season, one spring cleanup, one fall cleanup, and two shrub trimming services, as detailed in the quote.

    - The total annual cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Payment is due on the first day of every month and will be charged to the debit or credit card on file. These payments cover the annual service package rather than the services performed during each individual month.

    - A debit or credit card must be kept on file. In the event of a declined payment, services will pause immediately.

    - Access to the property must be provided on scheduled service dates. If access is unavailable, the service may be skipped and may not be able to be rescheduled.

    - Service cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

    - Additional charges may apply for overgrowth, debris removal, or unforeseen conditions outside the quoted scope. Additional work and pricing will be communicated for approval before proceeding.

    - Mulch installation and snow removal are separate, one-time services and are not included in the monthly pricing. Mulch installation is $150 per yard. Snow removal pricing varies and will be quoted separately.

    Weather Disclaimer

    Mowing pricing is based on an anticipated 31-week season rather than a guarantee of 31 visits. Historically, we have been able to make up mowing services delayed by rain. However, extreme rainfall, drought, or unsuitable ground conditions may leave us no choice but to skip a week, and that visit may not be able to be made up. Monthly payments remain consistent throughout the contract term.

    Termination of Contract

    This agreement is based on a 12-month term, with the total annual cost of services divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Monthly payments spread the annual cost evenly throughout the year and do not necessarily reflect the value of services performed during any individual month.

    Client Termination: If the client chooses to terminate the agreement before the end of the 12-month term, Mason’s Lawn Care LLC will review all services completed up to the termination date, including mowing, spring and fall cleanups, and shrub trimming. Each completed service will be calculated at its regular individual service rate, rather than the monthly payment amount.

    The total value of completed services will then be compared to the total payments received from the client. If the value of services performed exceeds the amount paid, the client will be responsible for paying the remaining balance upon termination. If the client has paid more than the value of services completed, the difference will be refunded.

    For example: If a client has paid $1,500 toward their annual agreement but has already received $2,000 worth of services, the client would owe the remaining $500 upon termination. This ensures the client is only responsible for services already provided, rather than being charged for the remaining months of the agreement.

    Termination by Mason’s Lawn Care LLC: Mason’s Lawn Care LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to repeated late or declined payments, failure to provide property access, unsafe working conditions, inappropriate conduct toward employees, or violations of the agreement.

    If Mason’s Lawn Care LLC terminates the agreement, all completed services will be calculated at their regular individual service rates and compared against payments received. If the value of services provided exceeds the total payments received, the remaining balance will become due upon termination. If payments exceed the value of completed services, the difference will be refunded to the client.
